Chairman Lanny Lancaster has called the 2025 Cabarrus County Republican Convention for Thursday, March 20, at 6:30 pm at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. Registered Republicans who did not attend the February 15 precinct meetings or submit an absence request may attend as guests.
Doors to the convention will open at 5:30 pm. Concessions and dinner options are available.
The 2025 Convention Pre-Registration Fee is $5 prior $20 after March 17th. You may also register as the Door on the Day of the Convention for $20 - Please Pre-Register and Save $$
***We encourage all attendees to pre-register to help the Credentials Committee complete their work in advance, allowing the convention to begin promptly.

We understand that many of our convention attendees will need to arrive at the convention hall directly from work. The Cabarrus Arena chef and his team have crafted the following items available for pre-order until Friday, March 14th:
Pulled Pork & Smoked Ribs served with Coleslaw and Potato Salad, Roll, BBQ Sauce and Beverage Choice.
Grilled Vegetable Wrap with Zucchini, Squash, Red Onion, Tomatoes, and Portobello Mushrooms rolled in a flavored wrap with Chef’s Selection of Chips & Cookie and Beverage Choice.
Mesquite Turkey with Applewood Smoked Bacon Swiss Cheese, Applewood Bacon, House-Grown Basil Aioli with Lettuce & Tomato on Ciabatta bread with Chef’s Selection of Chips & Cookie and Beverage Choice.
